-Hotel is strictly 21+. Max occupancy per room is strictly enforced, due to fire occupancy.

-No pets in the hotel rooms. Pets are welcome on the patios and lawn of the bar.

-Quiet Hours are 11pm-7am.

-Additional guests may join you in your room from 7am-10pm, but must check in as a “day guest” at the bar.

-No smoking or vaping inside the property.

-No cooking inside the rooms (except on the third floor ‘The Terrace’)

-Please note: Hotel is located above a coffee shop / public parlour, the bar closes at 10pm on weekends, but there is potential for noise until 11pm.

-There are four additional fees that may be charged to the credit card, which are separate from the security deposit. 1) A minimum $200.00 fee will be charged if there is any evidence that the smoke-free policy has been violated. 2) A minimum $200.00 fee will be charged if there is any evidence that an undeclared pet was in the cabin. 3) A $30 fee will be charged if the HVAC Remote is broken or removed from the cabin. 4) A $10 fee will be charged if keys are lost or not returned at check-out.

-Any violations to this agreement or PeriSocialHouseHotelsLLC’s rules/policies may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all deposits and payments.
